A dream come true

A dream has come true at DAKTAR. After 20 years of commitment to environmental education, our brand-new game drive vehicle has finally arrived.

This important milestone opens a new chapter for our NGO in Limpopo, South Africa. Most importantly, it strengthens our mission: educating children through direct contact with nature.

Learning through experience

Thanks to this new safari vehicle, students can now take part in educational game drives inside the reserve. They explore the bush. They observe wildlife. And they discover nature in a meaningful and memorable way.

However, this experience goes far beyond observation. Each drive is designed as an outdoor classroom, where learning happens naturally.

An interactive approach

To make the experience even more engaging, our education team created a fun and interactive game. Along the way, students identify animals, trees, and plants.

As a result, curiosity is sparked. Attention increases. And learning becomes playful and accessible.

Understanding conservation

In addition, children learn about reserve management, anti-poaching measures, and biodiversity protection. They discover real conservation practices used to protect wildlife. By seeing these actions in the field, students better understand the importance of protecting ecosystems.

Inspiring future guardians of nature

At DAKTARI, we believe that connecting children with nature creates a lasting impact. It builds respect. It encourages responsibility. And it inspires future advocates for wildlife conservation.

This new safari vehicle is more than a tool. It is a source of discovery, growth, and empowerment.

With gratitude

Finally, this dream became reality thanks to the generosity of our sponsors: Fondation Brigitte Bardot and Dymphna Foundation. We extend our heartfelt thanks for their invaluable support.

Together, we are shaping the next generation of guardians of Limpopo’s natural heritage.
